Evergreen Music Video: Risk Assesment - Buckingham Palace

Hazard: People (Tourists)

What could cause harm? Tourists and hand held objects. (If they where to amass in one area with speed)

What is the likelihood of this happening?Unlikely

Who or what would be harmed? Our group and camera(considering we'll be filming up near the entrance)

how much harm? anything up to broke limbs or suffocation.

RISK ASSESSMENT - london liverpool street station

Risk - Train

trains, can cause harm if a member of the crew is hit by one, it can lead to a fatality. 

The likely hood of this happening is very low as we are not filming on the platform, however the risk is still there. 

members of the cast and crew would be the most likely victims when filming. 

The risk of falling onto the tracks with no train would most likely cause bruising and possibly broken bones but if the person falls onto the tracks as a train is approaching the risk could be fatal. 

To avoid, this from happening, we have decided not to film on the platform. but in the main section of the building.

The next hazard, that we have got is in the main section of the building there may be spillage's, which could lead to broken bones to anyone that slips on the liquid , the likely hood of this happening is very low providing that there are yellow warning signs at the cast and crew take notice of these. if you were to slip the likely hood of it being a fatal incedent is very low

Hazard: Bomb scare

What could cause harm? A Bomb

Who or what would be harmed? Any object/person in the immediate vicinity

How much harm? Anything ranging from bone fractures to fatalities.

What is the likelihood of this happening?  Depending on the level of uk terror threat : possible at the time.

How will the risk be managed? Deploying Police to the threatened area to discourage terrorists.

Hazard:Traffic Lights breaking

What could cause harm? Cars

What is the likelihood of this happening? Unlikely 

Who or what could be harmed? People/Cars 

How much harm? Depending on the speed limit,anything from broken bones to fatalities 

How will the risk be managed? To prevent cars from going a temporary barrier could be placed on the road.

COSTUMES- 

- Checkered Shirts and jeans 

- Quirky Nutty Outfit of your choice something uterly nuts 

-White Shirt and Black Trouser and a Black jacket 

- Shorts and T,shirt (prefrabbly with some sunnys and a hat) 

- one outfit will be jeans etc BUT with facepaints (we will do this one last)
